1. What ZiroSpot is

ZiroSpot is a web application that plays internet radio in a venue (shop, restaurant, etc.) and, at a configured interval, smoothly inserts the venue's own ad spots. By registering and using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Service status

The service is under active development (beta). We provide it "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from defects. Features may change. We recommend not relying on the service as the sole audio source for critical spaces.

3. Account and venue

The account is intended for venues and their responsible staff.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.
We may restrict or cancel an account that persistently violates these terms; we will inform you of the reason.

4. Free tier and the promo spot

In the free tier, a short ZiroSpot promo spot plays regularly between ads (every fourth played spot) and cannot be skipped or interrupted. The paid tier has no promo spot.

5. Public performance licensing — important

Technically, ZiroSpot is "just a player". Responsibility for clearing the rights to publicly perform music in the venue (e.g. SOZA and Slovgram in Slovakia, OSA and Intergram in Czechia, or your local collecting societies) lies solely with the venue. Choose stations you are allowed to play publicly (e.g. royalty-free streams) or clear the licenses. The service does not handle or include these fees.

6. Your content (spots)

By uploading or generating a spot you declare that you hold the necessary rights to its content (music, voice, text) and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights.
You grant us a technical license to store and play the content solely for operating the service for your venue.
We may remove clearly unlawful content.

7. AI voice and the radio catalog

Voice generation uses a third-party service (Microsoft) and the station catalog runs on the open Radio Browser database — both may have their own terms and availability outside our control. Radio streams are operated by third parties; we do not guarantee their content or availability.

8. Prohibited use

circumventing security, overloading, or disrupting the service,
uploading unlawful or harmful content,
using the demo environment in a way that breaks it for others.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or damages caused by service unavailability, third-party stream outages, or data loss in the demo environment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may reasonably change these terms; we will announce substantial changes in the app, and by continuing to use the service you accept them. The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
